| 1. How do I locate and/or contact my local Subaru dealer? |
| You can locate and contact your local Subaru dealer via our Web site.
Once on our home page, input your zip code, city or state in the "FIND A DEALER NEAR YOU" option at the top right corner of the page, and then click on the "GO" button.
You will then be prompted with the three closest dealers to your zip code.
If the dealer's name is underlined, there is a Web site link for this dealership.
You can then enter the Dealer's Web site by clicking on their link to view their new and used inventory, request a quote, schedule service, order parts and contact the dealer by email. |

2. Can I order accessories online? |
| We
appreciate your desire to order parts or manuals via the Internet, but
we do not have any plans at this time to offer parts via our Web site.
You can, however, order accessories via our dealer Web sites accessible
through our Web site. Once on our home page, input your zip code in the
"FIND A DEALER" option at the top right corner of the page, then click
on the "GO" button. You will then be prompted with your closest three
dealers. Click on the dealer's Web site link, and you will be able to
order accessories online from that dealer. |

As a Subaru owner, how can I create a My.Subaru site so that I can have
instant access to my vehicle's service and warranty history, safety
notices and an on-line Owner's Manual? |
Go to www.My.Subaru.com, or from the homepage, Click on the "Owners" tab and select "My.Subaru Log-in."
Go to www.My.Subaru.com, or from the homepage, Click on the "Owners" tab and select "My.Subaru Log-in." Click on the "Activate" button.Enter your personal information, email address and VIN, click "Continue." Enter the vehicle information and select your Preferred Subaru Dealer, then click "Continue." Select Username and Password and Email Preferences and click "Continue."
After clicking "Finish" at the bottom of the next screen and confirming the information, your site will be complete.
